Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MJ Studio (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the use of ImageFactory (hereinafter "Service") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the AI image generation platform provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company according to these terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered for membership and uses the Service.
4. "Points" refers to cyber assets for using the Service, used for image generation.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company shall post these terms on the initial screen of the Service so that users can easily understand them.
2. The Company may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
3. When terms are amended, the effective date and reason for amendment shall be announced.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • AI image generation service
   • Point charging and management
   • Storage and download of generated images
   • Email delivery service
2. The Company may change the content of the Service and will notify users in advance of any changes.

Article 5 (Prohibited Content)

Users are prohibited from generating the following types of content through the Service:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic (NSFW) content
• Child abuse or child exploitation material
• Violent, gory, or hate-promoting content
• Content that infringes on the portrait rights or reputation of others
• Illegal content that violates applicable laws and regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of service access without prior notice, and the user may be held legally responsible under applicable laws.

Article 6 (Point Policy)

1. Points can be charged through paid payment.
2. The maximum charge amount per transaction is limited to 100,000 KRW (approximately $1,000 USD).
3. The usage period and refund eligibility period of charged points are limited to within 1 year from the payment date.
4. Points are not refundable in cash.
5. Remaining points are automatically forfeited upon membership withdrawal.

Article 7 (Copyright)

1. The copyright of generated images belongs to the user.
2. However, generated images cannot be used for illegal purposes.
3. The Company may use generated images for statistical and analytical purposes to improve the Service.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Company is not responsible for service usage problems caused by the user's fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for legal issues arising from commercial use of generated images.
