MJ Studio (hereinafter "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.

2. Service provision: AI image generation, result email delivery
3. Payment and settlement: Point charging, payment processing
4. Customer support: Inquiry response, complaint handling

• Optional: Profile photo
• Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, service usage records, access logs

2. Personal information is destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal. However, if there is a reason for retention under relevant laws, it will be kept for that period.

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it is no longer needed due to expiration of retention period, achievement of processing purpose, etc.
