Basic Principles

  • Due to the nature of digital content and credits, refunds are generally not available for credits already used and images that have been successfully generated.
  • Exceptions for refunds or credit restoration are made only in cases of service failures or payment errors that are "not due to user's fault."

1Refund Policy by Plan Type

💳 Credit Pack (One-time Purchase)

Completely unused credits after purchase

Full refund if requested within 7 days from purchase date

Partially used credits

Used portion is non-refundable; remaining credits are generally non-refundable, reviewed individually only in case of service failure

2Non-refundable Cases

  • When image generation is completed successfully: No refund or credit restoration simply because you don't like the results

  • Free credits: Promotional, bonus, or referral reward credits

  • Special offers: Products purchased at sale/discount prices (when specified)

3Refund Request Procedure

Contact customer support via email with the following information:

  • Account email
  • Payment date and amount
  • Payment method (card, payment gateway, etc.)
  • Reason for refund and related screenshots (error screens if there was a service failure)

Processing Time

Our team will review and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method.

※ Actual refund may take up to 14 business days depending on card company/payment processor policies.

4Service Failures and Exceptions

In cases of clear service responsibility such as server failures, credits not charged despite payment, or repeated failures preventing image generation, we will provide full refund or equivalent credits.

In case of major outages, we may implement temporary credit restoration or additional credit policies with separate announcements.

5Policy Changes

  • ImageFactory's refund policy may be changed periodically for service improvement, with advance notice through announcements or email.
  • Changed policies apply to payments made after the announced effective date.
